Body Sculpting

The latest technology for firming and building muscles while reducing fat.

The treatment are clinically documented, burns fat and builds muscles, all without the use of surgery.

With a single treatment lasting just 30 minutes, you achieve the equivalent of 20,000 muscle contractions in the treated area. That’s like doing 20,000 sit-ups, squats, or push-ups, which is hard to achieve through regular strength training.

Body Sculpting isn’t a weight loss treatment and is recommended only for individuals with a BMI below 30. The treatment is for those who engage in regular exercise and maintain a generally healthy lifestyle but seek an extra result in a problem area.

I recommend wearing workout attire during the treatment.

Which areas can be treated?

Buttocks Lift
We all know that with aging, the buttocks begin to sag and lose their volume. With Body Sculpting, you can place the two handles on each buttock, thereby giving a more lifted and rounded posterior. This results in a more muscular buttocks while simultaneously reducing fat deposits on the buttocks.

Abdomen – “Six-pack”
During each Body Sculpting treatment, your abdominal muscles undergo 20,000 contractions, so powerful that you wouldn’t be able to achieve them on your own. This increases calorie burn and leads to a quicker and more efficient breakdown of fat tissue. At the same time, muscles grow, becoming stronger and developing more muscle fibers in the abdominal region.

Body Sculpting is also widely used on thighs, both inner and outer thighs. Particularly for women, this is an area that’s challenging to lose weight from through normal means.

How does it work?

Body Sculpting uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic technology to induce highly effective muscle contractions that are otherwise difficult to achieve even with the most intense workouts. With intense strength training, you can achieve contractions of approximately 35-40% of what Body Sculpting can offer.

These contractions stimulate muscle growth while simultaneously reducing fat in the treated area.

The number of treatments varies individually based on factors such as your starting point, fitness level, lifestyle, and desired outcome.

If you’re in relatively good shape, you’ll start to see and feel results after 1-2 treatments, although 4-6 treatments are recommended for optimal results. It’s also important to supplement with other exercises and maintain a healthy lifestyle to give your body the best conditions to eliminate the broken-down fat cells in the treated area. The final results become evident a couple of weeks after the treatment course is completed.

Side Effects of Body Sculpting
There are no proven side effects of Body Sculpting apart from muscle soreness.
